Jennifer McGlone

Funding Applications 

Jennifer is a freelance creative consultant, producer and events manager and owner of Glow Arts and Braw Wee Emporium. Glow Arts works with individuals and organisations across the UK to develop their project ideas, identify and secure funding and occasionally deliver the projects. She was previously employed at Creative Scotland working on the Youth Music Initiative, CashBack for Creativity and cross arts funding streams during her seven years. This role involved assessing funding applications and supporting applicants through the funding process.

Jennifer has worked for a variety of organisations including as an arts development officer for South Lanarkshire Council, Scots Music Group and Edinburgh Youth Gaitherin. She is committed to supporting individuals and organisations to develop their own projects and work, accessing the support they require to achieve their ambitions

Kaye Symington


Kaye Symington is the co-founder of Paved With Gold, a creative consultancy who build international communities and audiences for new and established brands. With expertise in launching new ideas and products, Paved With Gold have raised over $1 million through crowdfunding campaigns and have recently been endorsed as experts by Kickstarter.

Kaye will help support you to craft the perfect campaign page, from your video to your rewards, to how you sell your project. She will help you understand how to get people excited about your campaign, from your audience to press and relevant influencers.

Tim is co-founder of management consultancy firm twintangibles. twintangibles helps organisations solve problems and create value using the crowdeconomy. Tim's expert advice and guidance on crowdfunding, crowdsourcing, knowledge management and transfer, innovation/collaboration can transform your organisation. He will help you to understand the options available to you, advise you on the important choices you will need to take, guide you on techniques you could use, and teach you how to build a plan to run a successful campaign.
