Gilad is the Managing Director of Linn products. Designing world renowned music systems, Linn and has an advanced manufacturing facility in the outskirts of Glasgow. Its music label, Linn Records, was the first to distribute downloads in Studio Master 24-bit quality. Gilad has a particular interest in innovative design businesses that have the ambition to grow.

Olly Heady started working in software in 1995 and moved into the media sector in 1999 working for ABC in Sydney and Capital Radio in London before starting a software consultancy business in 2005.
