The focus of Market Day is who your customers are, what your relationship with them will be and how to find and keep them. You will:

  • define what success looks like for you
  • review your products and services
  • look at how your offering converts into benefits for customers
  • explore different customer segments that might be interested in your products and services
  • identify your sales and marketing objectives
  • determine the ways to promote your company that are best suited to potential customers.
