We have identified a gap for support to mid-career, industry leaders who are at the peak of their career and poised to take themselves, and the sector, to the next level. For this reason, we are launching the coaching programme Leaders in Transition. Creating a reflective space and sounding board to support creative leaders to make active and impactful changes.
Successful applicants will possess the following mind-set and experience:
- Highly motivated to change
- A fierce desire to learn and grow
- A creative leader based in Scotland
- Mid-career, 10 to 15 years into your career within the creative sector
- Two years experience leading a creative business or organisation
- Drawing an income from business or organisation
Joining us for the programme is John Letham. John is founder and director of Considered Thinking, focusing on executive coaching, mentoring, facilitating and business processes, primarily within the creative industries. He seeks to enable individuals and organisations fulfil their potential by encouraging different thinking and motivation, through a structured, personalised and challenging approach.
