Flourish Mentoring allows participants the opportunity to have four meetings with an established creative mentor over the course of six months.

Flourish was originally a mentoring programme that helped founders of creative micro-businesses develop their futures, and the initial two years are now complete.

Do you think you would benefit from having a mentor? Watch our film of Niall Smillie of design consultancy fourtwentyseven. Niall talks about looking at his business from the outside in, benefiting from his mentor's experience and gaining a wider perspective of the business.

The Flourish Mentoring programme is resting in 2017 so there will be no application process.
