Design Your Practice (DYP) is a programme which allows creative freelancers to establish their practice and proactively take control of their future.

A portfolio career is now a common prospect for new creative graduates as the labour market becomes more flexible. To take advantage of this opportunity you need certain skills to proactively seek out opportunities to develop your career and practice. You also need an entrepreneurial and business approach to make sure you manage all aspects of your self-employment.

The programme covers costing and pricing your work, marketing your services, planning and business structures and finance and administration. It is designed with creatives in mind and is visually driven and thoughtfully designed.

This session will start on Monday 2 October and runs for eight consecutive weeks. It starts at 6pm and finishes between 8 - 8.30pm
