Subtitled 'The Art & Business of Making Games', this site has news, articles and blog posts about games and game makers across the world. Every aspect is covered, from design to marketing, via art, programming and audio.

2. RayWenderlich 

What started as one man’s tutorial site has grown into a huge wealth of information on developing games and apps. Primarily focused on iPhone and iPad devices, but also contains lots of information applicable across every platform.

3. Stack Overflow and Game Development Stack Exchange
