Sarah is co-founder and managing director of Snook, an award winning design consultancy working at the forefront of civic, public sector and democratic innovation. Sarah focuses on making social change happen by re-thinking public services from a human perspective and regularly lectures and speaks around the globe on service design, innovation and civic engagement.
Sarah is a serial idea generator. She has co-founded MyPolice, CycleHack, Dearest Scotland and The Matter. For this work she was awarded a Google Fellowship for her work in technology and democracy.

Dougal co-founded his content creation and communication company Inner Ear in 2000 and launched the alternative music internet radio brand Radio Magnetic in 2001. Inner Ear is currently developing niche branded content channels, which include its traditional music web TV channel TRADtv. The company's specialisms are guided by Dougal’s expertise which includes live streaming, video, audio and interactive digital media production. He also knows more than is healthy about digital copyright, especially concerning music.
Dougal is also co-founder of a company that makes interactive audio walking tours called Walking Heads. Dougal is an adviser to Scottish Enterprise's Co-operative Development Scotland service and chair of the Scottish Music Industry Association.
