Barry Crawford

Barry is the director of Frank HR – a bespoke, friendly and flexible human resource consultancy. Frank HR offers practical support to creative businesses and individuals, allowing them to flourish and develop safely. He believes that good HR is vital to any successful company and creative businesses are no exception. Frank HR is striving to put HR on the creative map.

In the past decade, Barry has held posts of HR Manager with Scotland’s leading community arts organisation, Impact Arts, as well as Personnel Officer with The Lighthouse. A graduate of Common Purposes leadership course Meridian, Barry is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).
