Susan Hay

Susan is a choreographer and producer. She promoted emerging Scottish artists for several years, showcasing them in The Stamping Ground. At the same time, she set up the company The Tattoo Dance Company – which is specifically for the Edinburgh Military Tattoo. This is still running today under different management and is seen by millions internationally.

Susan has worked in arts management for many years for dance, music and theatre companies. Among other things, Susan led on marketing and promoting Scottish choreographers and developing the Quality Framework. She also devised training sessions for officers and acted as a mentor. Susan is currently setting up her own business to support artists and to manage commercial events/activities.
