Caroline is a consultant specialising in the creative industries and its skills needs. She has led PACT Scotland & NI, Creative & Cultural Skills Scotland & NI, and latterly was Director of Creative Development at Creative Scotland (Film, TV, Music, Creative Industries and Skills).
Having studied business and led her own businesses (in project management, fashion and photography), she went on to support companies through significant change, redesigned their businesses and mentored the business leaders throughout the process.
Caroline has worked to develop the public sector support and policy landscape to enable creative entrepreneurs to live, work and flourish in Scotland and has created numerous initiatives to support creative practitioners in advertising, craft, design, fashion, film, music, theatre and TV.
